d. sterilization evenly while mixing;

4 Control System Embedded computer system, 10 ", TFT LED touch screen, display temperature, mixing speed, pH value, oxygen content and other parameters and can also detect, record, control and set these datas; English language, friendly man-machine interface:
a. temperature control, Pt100 temperature sensor, display temperature in digital, can set temperature limit, temperature control accuracy ±0.5C, range in 0~150C;
b. pH glass gel electrode with SS shell, can be sterilized under high temperature (temperature 121C), monitor pH value all time, can set pH limit with alarm and auto material feeding by peristaltic pump, pH test range 0~14pH;
c. adjusting acid-alkali by peristaltic pump automatically according to set pH value;
d. deforming by tooth paddle on top of mixing shaft, at mean time, equip deforming sensor, feeding defoamer by peristaltic pump automatically according to set value;
e. DO polarographic membrane electrode with SS shell, can be sterilized under high temperature (121C), monitor oxygen all time, can set max/min limit with alarm, oxygen test range 0~100%, accuracy ±1%;
f. glass rotameter, manual control, for checking air flow, keep record for future industrial equipment;
g. pressure gauge, display pressure on each equipment, manual control tank pressure by vent port valve.		 1
